Based on the reviews I wasnt expecting this to work very well, but I found just the opposite. I easily scheduled an appointment using my account from the website and had no problems at all. It worked great!
I wanted to give blood, but didnt know where to start. I visited the website on my mobile phone, and it directed me to the App which I downloaded quickly and easily. I created a sign in profile flawlessly. I located a clinic near me, and booked an appointment in seconds. I received an email shortly afterward saying "thank you for saving a life." I feel good about myself tonight, and I have this App to thank for it.
Simple, had my account info set to go, matches with my calendar and makes it very easy to book appointments. Highly recommended.

Installed the app, made an account, booked an appointment, whole thing took less than 5 minutes.
Some bad moments
Worked great when I first got it, but has since logged me out and gives me a communication error every time I try to log in now.
Hate having to log in each time and why not put the clinic hours for those of us who just drop in when we can?
Will not let me select a password. I keep getting an error message saying it needs to be a minimum of eight characters with a capital and lowercase letter, a number and no spaces. Ive tried several times, using different passwords, and still it will not accept it. I can not create an account because of this.
Dont bother. Just call or use the website on a computer. The app is too confusing and lacks basic functionality.
This app doesnt work, every time I open it it says its having a problem and to call to book a appointment. If I wanted to call I wouldnt have the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times.
As it doesnt let me sign up and create an account within the app, I cant use it and therefore give it 1 star until I can.
