I love the convenience of this app!

I like the digital donor card idea, but yet it feels incomplete without option of adding it to the Wallet App. I still have problems updating personal info through the app and still cant turn on text notifications

Its cool, will give 5* once Wallet support is added for the card (with donation count and blood type and bar code) and tie into Health app if possible. Also having issues updating profile. Gives error but after repeated attempts even though error was given it updated the profile nonetheless. Maybe Facebook login and sharing would be a positive add on as well.

Based on the reviews I wasnt expecting this to work very well, but I found just the opposite. I easily scheduled an appointment using my account from the website and had no problems at all. It worked great!

I wanted to give blood, but didnt know where to start. I visited the website on my mobile phone, and it directed me to the App which I downloaded quickly and easily. I created a sign in profile flawlessly. I located a clinic near me, and booked an appointment in seconds. I received an email shortly afterward saying "thank you for saving a life." I feel good about myself tonight, and I have this App to thank for it.

Worked great when I first got it, but has since logged me out and gives me a communication error every time I try to log in now.

Hate having to log in each time and why not put the clinic hours for those of us who just drop in when we can?

I like that the app is simple and does the basic things I need. An issue is that if I havent used it in a few weeks (which would be expected behaviour for an app like this) it requires me to log in. It should absolutely remember me as a downloaded app.

Simple, had my account info set to go, matches with my calendar and makes it very easy to book appointments. Highly recommended.

Very clean and fluid interface. Makes booking and donating easier and more fun.

Simple and easy to use

When searching for a location it needs to provide more information. All it gives is an address. No city, no name. I searched for Leduc and it gave several locations in Edmonton. I had to use google maps to see where they were.

Will not let me select a password. I keep getting an error message saying it needs to be a minimum of eight characters with a capital and lowercase letter, a number and no spaces. Ive tried several times, using different passwords, and still it will not accept it. I can not create an account because of this.

Dont bother. Just call or use the website on a computer. The app is too confusing and lacks basic functionality.

Installed the app, made an account, booked an appointment, whole thing took less than 5 minutes.

As soon as I downloaded the app I booked an appointment to donate, because it was so incredibly easy so search your nearest clinic and available times. I was also able to update my address in a snap and view my previous donations. The display is nice and clean. This is a brilliant app and will definitely encourage more people to donate.

This app is awesome. The interface looks nice. Most importantly it displays all the nearby mobile donation sites near my area so I can click each one and see when they come (once or twice every 2 months) and book an appointment; easier to use than the website.

This app doesnt work, every time I open it it says its having a problem and to call to book a appointment. If I wanted to call I wouldnt have the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times.

As it doesnt let me sign up and create an account within the app, I cant use it and therefore give it 1 star until I can.
