Beautiful interface and a fantastic idea! But wont let me log in despite already having an account. Says it cant connect with servers. One star until its fixed.

Wish I could donate but you dont allow gay ppl to donate. Even having been in a committed relationship for nearly 15 years.

Wanted to use the app to book future appointments but the app will not let me create an account. Followed all rules and tried several times with no luck, sorry but you shouldnt release an app which doesnt work

So easy to use and convenient for bookings.

Excellent app. Easy to find locations and schedule donations. Keeps track of when you are eligible and how many times youve donated. Its in you to give!

Doesnt matter where I am or what type of connection I have there is no way I can even log in. Ive called the 1-888 number and still nothing. Please fix!

I like the app its easy to use but when I want to add my donor number it doesnt work. I did one week ago and it still doesnt show anything.

Would love to use this and passbook.

I love the idea of having this app. Quick, convenient, and I like seeing my blood type and donation number (because believe it or not, it came up in a conversation with my friends once haha). I just think that the server needs to be improved. The main purpose for getting the app was to book appointments to donate, but that takes FOREVER. Also, Id love for the schedule to be something like a monthly planner. The way its laid out confused me at first. Picking a date on a calendar and having a scroll down list of times within the date would be great. I love this idea. However, phone storage space is valuable, and if CBS wants people to download the app and have it handy, they best make sure it works.

I like that it shows how many days until I can donate again and I like being able to book right from the app. However it doesnt show my number of donations or my blood type, even after 2 emails to app support.

Ive been using the app for about a year now, and up until about a month ago all was good. Now it has removed my donor number from my account, and wont let me re add it saying the number is not in their database.

App Server is always down. Repair is not promising. Forget the App. Just use Safari or Google to login.

I used to love this app because I could book appointments and see clinics close by. But the app wont log in, connect or even open properly in the last couple of weeks. Wtf?

The app crashes the second you try and open it. Needs to be fixed

Much nicer than navigating the full site on my phone. I can set up an appointment, send appointments to my calendar, and receive reminders. -1 star because it failed to update my profile info and suggested I call someone. (I just wanted to add my work phone number.)
