I cant login and when I try to reset my password it continues to say my password is invalid (ie does not contain 8 characters etc.). I confirmed I am using the right login info by using it on the website.

I used to love this app. It was easy to make my own appts without having to call. Now I can log in. It says it can communicate with the servers, incorrect login info, etc. I donated more blood last year because of this app. I hate making appts over the phone. I preferred the app because I could see all the available appt times. Making an appt on the phone is a hassle. Fix the app please!
